Is Softpaw a veterinarian?

No. Softpaw organizes care information and educational guidance. It does not diagnose, prescribe, or replace a vet or emergency clinic.

How do I sync across devices?

Sign in with Apple or Google (as offered in the app). Household care data stored in your account syncs to devices where you sign in with the same account, subject to product features shipped in your version.

How do I restore App Store purchases?

Open Softpaw on iPhone and use Restore Purchases on the paywall or account settings. You must use the same Apple ID that purchased the subscription.

I started on the website — how do I get the app?

Finish Softpaw onboarding at /onboarding/softpaw (or open the App Store from the site), install Softpaw, and sign in with the same account when account linking is available so funnel progress and entitlements can attach. Softpaw funnel copy is English only.

How do refunds work?

Web checkout refunds: see Refund Policy. App Store purchases: request through Apple only.

How do I delete my account?

See Delete account for in-app and email paths. We process verified deletion requests within 30 days.
